All my friends are struggling from the shite economy, health problems, eviction notices, sever depression, everything seems so blak and hopeless as darkness rolls over the whole land, it’s just become outright democic here and everybody who tried to warn us it was goin’ down and we were like boiling frogs, or lambs for the slaughter, ya know they all died or got jailed by the evil empire. Times like these is when we are supposed to get organized and stick together but the rutless culture of backstabbing competition has programmed our population to only give a fuck about what is happening to themself and how much shit they can hoard and brag about. I’ve known people with really ecclectic, bitchen collections of records or robot toys and comic books and old movie posters my while life-I used to be the record store guy, so I’ve seen firsthand how you can not take it with you, peopel amass these piles of fun flea market finds, but when they die, it all goes into the shitcan or back to the record store, ya know? So it astounds me when so many can still focus exclusively on that middle school popularity game or dummy acquisition while the world iaround us is burning flames, dead babies, smoke and rubble. Pigmedia keeps celebrating how great the economy is going for Vanguard and Blackrosck, Pelosi and Trump, but down here on the streets where the faces shine, people are dropping like flies, you can see the teror and hardship on everybody’s faces. I used to know this beautiful old hippie couple and had not seen them in about a year since the downtown gentrifiers pushed me out of my old neighborhood like they do with their so called development and selective cod eenforcing, the other day they were on a walk by the river, he aint getting around as good as he used to since he had his stroke, he lost a lot of his words and cognitive abilities, they don’t even have a car but she dotes on him, they are still John and Yoko romantic lovebirds-he used to be a prizefighter, then they ran an airbandb for some rich people, then he fell ill and it’s a long, slow walk to even get overpriced cans of soup. Most times, people don’t even stay together anymore, especially not when someone falls ill. I love those people. The viciousness that surrounds us though, in the yuppified, tv brainwashed, hipster/bruncher/collector/shitlib world is too much for me to even cope with somedays. Humanity really does seem to be in a state of mass formation psychosis or collective insanity-I talk to drunk midwesterners on the phone sometimes who are still more fixated on that so called bullshit red Mada capital Hill psy op than they are on active genocide and the empire declaring wars on even more random countries they accuse of backing resistance forces or having WMD’s, it’s all the same old bullshit textbook Bush and Cheny propaganda, but the comfortable bougeoises eat it up with their silver spoons cause they love their celebrity politicians and billioanire heiresses more than they do poor people who are being slaughted live on TikTok. no one ever could have told me it was gonna get this heartlessly road warrior, gitmo dystopian and the people I went to high school with would be cheering from the bleachers while the armed gestapo bust into hospitals to assassinate patients and bomb hospitals and kill children and shit.
