Five melodic punk rock songs from Leicester, England. Remember bands like LEATHERFACE or HOT WATER MUSIC? These guys sure do. “Cuckoo Clock” opens the EP with lots of energy while “Ekman’s 7th” has all the good ingredients of 90s emo punk like melodic guitars and raw vocals reinforced with loud backing vocals. “Janey” has a strong pop sensibility while “12312342” leans more to the old-school hardcore side and “Something Fierce” almost sounds like 90s American indie rock.
