Opener “Why She Cries” is typical KEVIN K with RAMONES guitar riffs, sweet melodies and a catchy chorus while “Hick From The Sticks” gets more 70s boogie glam rock’n’roll. As usual, you’ll also get some JOHNNY THUNDERS kind of ballads with “Crazy For You” and “On Your Own So Alone”. Things get heavier with the hard rockin’ “Way Out West”, “Shame” and “Steel Rain”. If you just want good old dirty rock’n’roll, then “Justify” and “Melody” are the ones for you whereas “Out Of Touch” mixes early KISS with The STONES.
