UK punk rock’n’rollers The SODA POPPERS hit hard with this debut EP. “Living’ Doll” offers us some catchy bubblegum punk just before a glam pop cover of BOWIE‘s classic “Suffragette City”. There’s some strong ’77 punk roots mixed with early new wave touches in “Bad Girls Go To Hell” and you’ll be surprised to hear an excellent cover of TIFFANY’s “I Think We’re Alone Now” before the heavy rock “The Only Way Is All The Way.” The tempo slows down with “FTW” but you’ll also find a punked-up hidden track to put an end to this great EP.
