The band features Mark Death (The HOT LZ’s) Opening track “Prove Me Wrong” displays a band that gets straight to the point with some high energy punk rock’n’roll. They cite JOHNNY THUNDERS, The STOOGES, CRIME and ROCKET FROM THE TOMBS as influences among others and you’ll defiitely here some late 70s rock’n’roll in songs like “73 Hour Blues”or “Rolling In Your Coffin”. The band also knows how to write good slower songs like “Nothing On My Mind” or “Go Away” that both have a bit of a JOHNNY THUNDERS solo era vibe. The PLANE CRASH take us back to the days when punk was dirty rock’n’roll on speed with songs like “No Secrets” or “Jumping The Gun” and offers us some frenzy garage rock with “Killing fields” and a kind of mix between The HANGMEN and MOTÖRHEAD in “Fuck Off City”. You’ll definitely enjoy these 9 songs if you like rock’n’roll! /Laurent C.
