I’m always looking for some real, new, heartfelt soul music which I believe to have magical, medicinal, healing value, but you know, you only hear from rich gadflies and dilettantes who can afford the pay to play platforms nowadays and not many of them got much to say to me. I keep on searchin’….If you get hip to any real cool shit ya know you can text me alerts by CB radio, smoke signals or ESP updates on my cardboard cellphone, but I don’t expect to hear from yas, cause everybody I ever knew died, left the country, or got trapped on the ratwheel of capitalism. Somebody on Twitter said that standing in opposition to genocide with all one’s ability is the hill they were willing to die on and that they can no longer suffer folks who okeydokey that shit at all, it’s not some frivolous nickel and dime, bogus red versus blue culture war debate, and ya know, I could really dig where they are coming from. I can’t imagine any pocket full of cocaine richkid privilege, or hipster DJ night, or vanity brand merchandise line, or got lucky in the seventies punk memoirs book reading, or bigass mansion living with surplus income for Amazon and Azure ordering being so good, that I could ever just casually shrug off babies being butchered live on video by controlled politicians working for weapon manufacturers, oil plunderers, and foreign lobbyists.
