Originally released on vinyl in 2022 by California’s PNV records, this album is now out on CD and digital with the help of Spaghetty Town Records. CHRONICS formed in Bologna, Italy in 1999 although they sound like a 60s powerpop band from California. You’ll definitely get your vitamin D dose while llistening to “Do You Love The Sun?” or “Surf Town” while “I Did Not Try” and “I Can’t Go Home” will take you to romantic walks on the beach. The punkest side of the band shows in “Gimme Fun” or in “Stay Away” and the spirit of The UNDERTONES is never really far while listening to this album.
