Plastic Tears “Rhythm Rider” EP

Helsinki’s PLASTIC TEARS are back with 3 songs, and a plan to release a new album this year! The band started in the early 90s, and after a few releases and line-up changes, it seems like we haven’t heard from them in ages…
The opening song, “Rythm Rider” has a bit of early 69 EYES and LORDS OF THE NEW CHURCH in it, think dark melodic rock’n’roll with an epic chorus. “Universal Kid” is an old glammy punk song that has been given a new life, and the third song is a cover of The BOYS‘ classic “Brickfield Nights”, with a heavy rock feel.
This EP was unexpected, but it shows us that PLASTIC TEARS are still alive and kicking!/Laurent C.
