Seattle trio THE BLASTS were born out of the frustrations of not being able to hear the style of music that they wanted to hear in Seattle or anywhere else for that matter. Distilling the essence of 70s arena rock, fused with early 80s hard rock rhythms and heavy metal riffery combined are the launching pad for their style.
THE BLASTS add a modern sensibility to a timelessly perfect recipe that doesn’t need changing.
Their latest single “Shout & Twist” is the tale of a dark raven of a woman kept caged for too long, finally released and ravaging anyone and everything in her path.
