Roger Deering and guitarist Lloyd Stewart Casson played together in SMASH FASHION and here they are back with some heavier material. While “American Carnage” has a punk’n’roll edge, “Sense of Adventure” brings British early 80s hard rock like GIRL to mind. “Loup Garou” is darker heavy rock with a guitar solo that will make you do your best air guitar performance, “Mars Fever” has a bit of a THIN LIZZY vibe, “Surfing a Crimewave” could be a classic hard rock song you hear in a horror movie soundtrack and “Glass” will leave you wanting for more. Who would have guessed that the British New Wave Of Heavy Metal could resurface in sunny California? /Laurent C.
