Seattle punk’n’roll legends ZEKE are back on the old continent and have a new 7″ out on Hound Gawd! Records to celebrate this. “Ride Hard Ride Free” rocks hard like MOTÖRHEAD on speed with a guitar solo that almost sounds like SLAYER, thrash punk rock’n’roll at its best! The second song on here is called “Smokestrack Lightnin’” and guess what? Well it isn’t any quieter than the other one! The solos are on fire and drummer Donny Paycheck beats the skins à la Philthy Animal Taylor. This is the first taste of ZEKE‘s new album and you’ll come back to it like as if it was a poisoned apple.
