Two new songs by Norway’s hottest new band RAZORBATS, well not that new now since they started in 2012 (but they’ve been through various line-up changes)! “The City” brings back a healthy dose of VAN HALEN and The ARK influenced melodies with a catchy teenage rock chorus. If GIRL was still around, they would probably sound a bit like this. “Summer Of Head” starts as The SWEET‘s classic “Ballroom blitz” but then gets more glam punk,with a chorus bringing early TOWERS OF LONDON to mind. Good to see that RAZORBATS are doing well and getting better and better with each release. /Laurent C.
